Return policy
You have 90 days from receiving your order to return it, no questions asked. The product simply needs to be unused, with tags, and in the condition you received it.
How to return an order
- Write to us at iliso.enterprises@outlook.com and provide your order number.
- We will send you simple instructions with the return address.
- Upon receiving and checking the package, we will refund the full amount to your payment method within 14 days.
Return costs
The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer. Exception: if the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong model, we will pick it up at our expense or send a new item free of charge.
Damage and complaints
If there's something wrong with your order, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery and attach a photo. We usually respond within 24 business hours and always find a solution: a new item or a refund.
