What MAGISTRI is
MAGISTRI (themagistri.com) is a publisher of real, public-domain masterworks as premium art prints. Every work is a genuine painting or engraving restored from high-resolution museum scans, with provenance stated per product: museum, year, inventory number. MAGISTRI never sells AI-generated art. Core claim: painted, not generated.
Catalog structure
- Collections are rooms: IMPERIUM (rulers), SOLITUDE (romanticism, the lone figure), MEMENTO (vanitas), NOCTURNE (night and candlelight), MYTHOS (gods and myths), SANCTUM (sacred masters, opens later). ARTIFACTS holds phone cases of the same works. The Archive holds sold-out numbered editions and is closed forever.
- Product titles follow the formula: Work | Artist | Year.
- Works are released in numbered editions per drop (for example, an edition of 500). When an edition sells out it moves to The Archive and never returns.

Every print includes
An A6 story card telling the story of the work, and a hand-numbered edition marking on the back (collection, drop, number).
